The experience consists of guided tours every hour from 9:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. every day by tourist guides, in groups of 45 people with a total duration of approximately 2 hours. The experience is divided into two stages: The first stage is the historical tour of the hacienda. The second stage is the visit to the 2 cenotes and the canal that connects them. The first cenote is a semi-open type, called "Carlota," and the second cenote, "Azul Maya," is a cave type.
It includes the guided experience with our tourist advisors, visit to the hacienda and cenotes, as well as life jackets, paramedic service, lifeguards, use of our pool, and all our facilities. For safety reasons, wearing a life jacket is mandatory for all visitors.

Yes, we have bathrooms and showers, as well as an area to leave your belongings while visiting the cenotes. For added security, we offer storage bags for a fee of $30.
Yes, we provide ample parking, either inside the facilities or at the entrance of the hacienda on the esplanade.
After the tour, you can return to the hacienda and cenote facilities to take casual photos, but re-entry into the cenotes for swimming is not allowed. You can use the swimming pool, which is open from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Additionally, we have a bar area, restaurant, and souvenir shop.
Yes, we have a restaurant with à la carte service (not buffet), which is not included in the tour price. It is open from Monday to Sunday, 10:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.

In Mérida, at the San Juan park, take the colectivo heading to Sacalum. Inform the driver that you are going to the hacienda so they can drop you off as close as possible. It is important to ask or arrange with the driver about return schedules.
